The Institute of Court Costume and Embroidery was established to support the academic development of the Palace Museum. The institute conducts research into ancient costumes and embroidered artifacts. It also provides an exchange platform for experts and scholars from other research institutions and various sectors of society engaged in research and protection of ancient costumes and embroidery to work together. The institute deepens its research on ancient costumes and embroidery through active and close cooperation.
