The Communist Party Committee Office deals with the routine work of the Communist Party and the Youth League committees of the Palace Museum. The primary responsibilities of this office are as follows: implement the policies of the central government and Ministry of Culture; supervise, promote, and evaluate the implementation of Party committee policies; hold Party meetings; draft Party committee documents and reports; provide educational services on Party thought and political theory; direct the organization of the Party branch; assist the Party branch in elections at the end of terms of office; manage the development and training of Party members; assist labor unions, the Communist Youth League, Women’s Federation, and other organizations with Party services; implement the policies of the Party’s United Front and assist in related organizational services; evaluate communication operations regarding Party standing and membership; collect and manage Party membership dues; administrate essential documentation and related services; and maintain stable daily operations of managerial and confidential committee proceedings.
