The primary responsibilities of the Employee Union Office are as follows: implement the decisions of the representative committee; conduct daily operations; organize and direct employee union branches; convey the decisions of the Party committee and supervisory employee union; voice employees’ concerns on welfare and benefits; resolve issues concerning employees’ interests; organize constructive activities; organize outdoor and cultural activities for employees; organize model employee evaluations and appropriate recognitions; conduct educational activities addressing ideological and political issues; supervise and promote labor protection; manage the collective welfare of personnel; protect women employees’ rights; promote democratic ideals and living; promote positive development; and manage employee union finances.
