The Department of Publicity and Education is responsible for the Museum’s media presence and educational services. The primary duties of this department are as follows: receive domestic and international dignitaries, cultural exchange groups, and student tours; provide guide services for visitors; organize educational activities for students and other groups; manage museum volunteers; handle all information regarding visitors’ needs and feedback; prepare reports based on the analysis of visitor information; edit content for informational displays and public announcements; coordinate and organize all publicity events, exhibition ceremonies, and press conferences; realize updated digital educational strategies through the use of multimedia productions; manage exhibition spaces and reception spaces during the display of original pieces for prestigious guests; and manage the development and installation of educational displays, guard rails, guide signs, and facilities for the physically impaired.
