The primary duties of the Palace Museum’s Office of Legal Affairs are as follows: provide legal services in order for the Museum to operate in accordance with national laws; ensure legal protection for museum programs and development; negotiate legal contracts and related operations; provide legal counsel for museum programs and development; represent the Museum in legal and court proceedings; participate in the management of intellectual property rights and related operations; provide consultation for the development of law-related announcements; and coordinate communications related to legal consultation.
