玉玲珑琴

  “玉玲珑”琴,唐,通长122cm,隐间111.8cm,额宽19cm,肩宽19.6cm,尾宽13.6cm,厚4.8cm。
  “玉玲珑”琴,凤势式,中唐制作。据云“凤势式”系魏扬英所创作,故亦有“魏扬英式”之称。黑漆,纯鹿角灰胎,发不规则小蛇腹断,从伤处与脱落漆片背面可知灰胎下有纹理疏松之黄色葛布作底。桐木斫,蚌徽,紫檀岳尾。红木足粘死,为后修者所为。
  全琴气象犹浑厚,项腰有做圆痕迹,额下亦坡出减薄。圆形龙池,扁圆凤沼。腹内纳音当龙池处隆起,当凤沼处于纳音上开一圆沟。这一特点已见于“九霄环佩”琴,此琴只出现于凤沼者盖乃龙池作圆形,自然不宜开沟。有关这一工艺特点见《东坡杂书·琴事》论雷琴“最不传之妙”所载,系盛唐雷琴所独有。
  琴背铭刻,龙池上方刻寸许行书“玉玲珑”琴名。池下曾有大印一方,文字为漆所掩已不可辨,而印痕宛然犹存。腹内未见款字。琴已伤漆多处,殃及题名。复经劣工修补,草率施漆,半途而废。
  “玉玲珑”琴原藏于湖南陈维斌氏,系购自杨伯修者,20世纪50年代初经郭沫若建议,将琴捐献国家,由当时文化部文物局接收,后拨交故宫博物院收藏至今。
