Luo Xianliang, male, Han ethnicity, was born in June 1979. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management. Luo is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He now works as the deputy secretary of the CPC Palace Museum Committee and a deputy director of the Palace Museum.
